Bridge Relay now available!

After some hiatus, I finally present to you my Bridge Relay. 

As far as we all know, we need bridges. The one you see on custom maps are just technically tiles of land that doesn't even let seacraft move under it. And many of you want more. So here you go.

It is built buy a builder only. It is very tough in some sense as well. Initial build price is 200$, and every succeeding node per tile is 20$. Only works when placed directly beside water - there will be an indicator chevron for that, don't worry.

I would update it in some time, as I am aware there are still some broken features in here - not that critical, I guess.
